Check Pure Mac's Classic Updates Page and get the appropriate updates in the System 7.0.1 to 7.1.3 column or the System 7.5 to 7.5.5 column. For System 7.0.1 to 7.1.3, that would include, MacTCP 2.0.6, MacPPP 2.0.1, Internet Config 2.0.2, Drag and Drop and Thread Manager.

System 7.5.5 works fine on all Macs, even those with 68000 processors. 7.5.5 may be a little RAM hungry so you may want to try System 7.0.1 which is distributed by Apple at no cost.

All the applications listed on this page work properly on a 68000 Mac with System 7.0.1. Later versions may also work, but you'll have to check for yourself.
